We want the shop and this website to work for everybody. If either one falls short, tell us and we will fix it.

In the shop

Tell us when you book if you need step-free access, extra room around a chair, a quieter time of day, or a barber who will talk you through each step — none of that is an inconvenience. Please call (224) 539-8196 before you set out if access matters for your visit, so we can tell you exactly what to expect at the door.

On this website

This site is built to target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Interactive controls are reachable by keyboard, focus is always visible, images carry descriptive alternative text, and motion is reduced for anyone who has that preference set in their operating system. We have not yet had an independent audit, so we describe this as our target rather than a certified result — if something does not work for you, the section below is not a formality.

Sensory-friendly appointments

If clippers, noise or crowds are difficult, ask for a first or last slot of the day. The shop is quietest then and we can keep the music off.
